^ remote extenders and you you can put the cable/dish box out of sight. ---

you don’t have to run wires, you just hook up the extenders to the box. I wall mounted a TV and put the wires through the back of the wall to the closet behind it where the box was. The dish box works fine, and the best part is there are no wires in sight. ---

I did something similar @ moms house. Hung a LCD on a wall, ran a 25’ (~$15) set of cables down, around the fireplace, and tucked up on a bookshelf to the dish box. No problems. Hidden with a hollow molding trim piece. ---

One remote extender and you cant see any of it. ---

Those windows are about $ 837 a piece. While you are still framing, I’d suggest running a string across that knee-wall as a guide, to make the drywall “seem” where the 2 sheets meet, as clean as possible. Perhaps on the ceiling too. X… ---

Are those Knee walls only about 18" tall? Seems like you could make them a little taller and give up that “useless” floor space (can’t even put dressers or chairs there then) X… ---

If I were you I would not get a bigger one for that location, it would look funny.
