# mystery coolant line

this is the only thing stopping me from starting my car for the first time in over 2.5 months.
when i filled it will coolant, it take so much (approx 4 litres) then it start dumping it, i tracked it down to the intake manifold, between cylinders 3/4, but i can’t find the hose/fitting and what would it connect to??
it’s on an S13 SR20 btw.

on the ka it would be for heater core. there is also a drain plug around there (i think on other side though)

there are a few hoses under the intake manifold,
2 go to your throttle body and are small hoses,
2 larger ones are for your heater/turbo water
1 is for the idle air control valve and then theres a smaller one connected to it aswell
take off yr intake manifold and enjoy

ugh i blew that hose too… BITCH to replace. have fun with that
