a total city was flooded, how many ppl live in a city like that? how many ppl drive cars? how many cars do you think were flooded? so what do you think that answer is? how long…to the job gets done

idk quick maybe 2, maybe he was going down to help with ohter things like my buddie is for fema, or maybe he was just picking up some cars that he got of an autcion,
