your issue is actually fixed thru programming of the TCM/pcm. Theres a delay in the response

no, it was just broke.

There is a reason why GM and Dodge were bankrupt a few years ago and it has nothing to do with the unions. They both make piss poor vehicles and it finally caught up to them.
