I would like to here your answer to this. no. it says bear arms, but it doesn’t say “all arms”. reasonable restrictions should be put in place. As far as small arms, I dont think there should be many restrictions as far as banning of certain weapons, but there should be strict accountability about the whereabouts of questionable guns and a careful screening process.
