Theres no guaruntee it wont come back, but very rarely are the polyps cancerous (biggest concern with irregular growths). The had to break my dads nose the second time around and had to completely reshape it. Hopefully your operation wont be as extreme. You can wait 7 years and ill do it for you for a hell of a price lol. EDIT : You can PM me if you have any questions.
