# Navigation? Factory or others

I would like to put navigation in my wife’s '07 commander. I would like to install it to keep cost down, so is it “better” to go with the stock OEM for this application or aftermarket? I would like to have it tied in with the OEM VES(video entertainment system). I also would like to be able to use the steering wheel controls.

What is the best options for a in dash Navigation unit?

According to crutchfield the pioneer avic-n4 will fit.

AVICN4 is a nice unit, pretty easy on the eyes… but I dunno what “tech level” your wife is at.

Garmin & the like are prolly more user freindly.

that’s not going to tie into the factory system and buttons like you are requesting.
