he was on the local news as well tonight… I watched both stories. there was another story about a hamburg school having dress down days to buy their classmate (who has cancer as well) a computer. Mike’s definitely a really cool kid for doing that, and I really like how Mikey’s Way is continuing past the Make-a-Wish shop. my little sister had leukemia when she was 14 and 15 … her Make-a-Wish wish was a trip to California to look at colleges… I bet she would’ve been much happier with a spree… that trip ended up being a trip to LA which didn’t go well at all. it’s nice to see that this good kid is a Buffalo native. Buffalo usually only gets in the news for snow and terrorist activity. those kids he gave the toys to looked happy… electronics was a good choice. my sister got through the boredom with her laptop and lots of movies. :tup:
