:jawdrop: wow. she probably got $50mil+ WAIT A SECOND… “But in February, U.S. District Judge Denny Chin ruled that the case could go forward on claims of intentional infliction of emotional distress and violation of civil rights.” so does that mean EVERYONE ever caught on this show can just use this excuse and sue/get the charges dropped? because thats what it sounds like to me… WOW. ---

so even more suspiciously, the dude that offed himself was a prosecutor… and now the judges in this case are making it sound like the dateline thing needs to be stopped… suspect as hell. edit: ““Dateline’s” Murphy sex sting failed to net any convictions. The Collin County district attorney’s office declined to pursue more than 20 cases related to the “Predator” operation, citing problems with the evidence gathered.” wow, so they pretty much arrested the people for public humiliation / an appealing 1 hour TV special. thats 50 people acquitted for shitty/no evidence, thats 50 false arrest lawsuits there as well… ---

Well its a cool idea to get some scumbags off the street, it was not illegal what the people were doing. If they are talking to someone who is over 18 even tho she says she is 12, they can’t go to jail. Just are screwed and stuck paying lawyer fees and shit. ---
