need 4 aluminum spacers made.

1" long 1" OD 3/8" ID.

Had you ordered them from McMaster-Carr rather than saying “i would like to get this a bit sooner than ordering online” you would probably have them in hand in about 1 hour from now.

Order the parts from McMaster if you can make them work or see if they have stock that you can cut to 1" lg pieces.
