hey guys, gotta run to class, so gunna make this short. need someone to help me tow two cars (if you got a truck and a dolly/trailer, GREAT) i need to move my two non-running S12’s to my place here in guelph. one’s in hamilton, and the other is in london. i’ll pay gas, and even a bit of a rental fee if need be. thanx. off to class now 😛 ---

i thought these were just getting tuned? anyways your going to be hard pressed to find someone with a truck and a trailer for car and even more hard pressed to find anyone willing to travel that far. my suggestion is find someones truck that you can rent, then rent a trialer from uhaul. thats the easiest option for you. ---

well, ones suppose to be a parts car, the other is a notch-back, so i might end up making one a DD and the other a drift car. theres also a chance i might end up selling both to and making my current S12 super crazy. I just didnt want to see the other two S12’s go to junkyards. ---

Sorry James. My friend said it’s a no-go. He was towing a car home one night with his car dolly and a cop pulled him over. He was missing the plate on his home made Car Dolly. He had one on there but it was Ziptied on and he guesses it probably got torn off by plants or blown off by the wind. No no. You need a truck with at least a Class III trailer hitch. A smaller hitch (like what’s offered in Crappy tire etc) will just yank off with the first few tugs. Class III hitch is good for 5000lbs and smaller, which exceeds the weight of a dolly and S12 by almost double. You might be able to squeeze by with a Class II hitch (3500lbs).
