I checked the lights on my trailer today and found out one side wasnt working so I ripped the wiring off, bought a new wiring harness and hooked it to the lights and only one light works with the headlights on, no other time.

I gave up fighting with that shit and pulled the new harness out and put the trailer back in the yard.

Anybody want to get it working for me? One of my friends needs the trailer Wednesday or Thursday so I need it done by then.

I can drop it off and pick it up when its done. Its the trailer with the issue, not the truck. The old wiring had alot of splices in it.

wiring issues are almost always a grounding issue.

for some reason its hard to get a good ground on this trailer. I had issues with grounds before on it and cobbed it together and it worked but after sitting for a while apparently something corroded.
