yes they are ban or yes they can use them??

i just thought it was for all cause this was on [PT.Net](http://PT.Net)

"This is just a reminder that we can’t allow CARFAX threads anymore. CARFAX sent the sites a letter a while back that legal action may be taken if CARFAX threads were allowed.

It sucks but, please no carfax threads.
