Hey gang, My GTI didn’t like the 8000rpm sessions this past summer and as I was replacing the valve stem seals, my seal pliers pulled up a seal AND half of a valve guide. Uh oh…crap. The head was rebuilt a few years ago by Joe at A-1 and the work was pretty good. No reason to go elsewhere except for the fact they are so backed up. So who haven’t I considered? Who does good work in the area? ---

Thanks man, I did infact leave it with Joe at A1. I need a few weeks to get brake lines rerouted to clear the IC and gotta solder in my spark control as well as learn my new tuning software, so I can make use the time. Or so I’m telling myself, I’d much rather have this engine buttoned up…
