want to buy some off road wheels for my new terrain but nobody really has the sort of style im looking for but alot of off road sites have 5x4.75 is stock. and also alot of wheel spacers fit 5x120 and 5x4.75 so does that mean if i couldnt find the wheels im looking for could i grab the adapters and use them and a happy medium? ---

every inch is 25.4mm so 120mm = roughly 4.73 inches. So yes, the answer is they are the same (rounded up for 4.75) ---

You may need a hub ring if the center bore on the wheel is not the same.
