good call jesse ! pure KAT modded to hell in a fair s13. Something around $1000 like jesse was saying so the rest of the money can be thrown into the crazy engine.

Lol, funny how you listed those cars.
I have a 1985 Toyota MR2, stock, and it is fun as hell to drive with nothing but a set of Kosei K1s (15") and Kuhmo MXs. And did I mention, I get 30MPG beating on it…
I am currently in the process of selling it tho, not because I don’t like it but more because i want to get an '87 MR2, supercharged… A lot of pep and with an aftermarket rear sway plenty fun for the AutoX.
Also, your 1st Gen DSM - if you are looking for something more “stealth”, I guess I would HIGHLY suggest my other vehicle…
It’s a Galant. A 4 door grocery getter. It has the 4G63T from Eclipses and Talons…
It’s AWD, AWSteering (Hydraulic), its super rare, but best of all - it’s SUPER SLEEPER.
I’ve just modded the crap out of mine, I’m waiting for my tranny to get shipped back from shepracing.
Plenty of mods available, and you don’t need to even think about an engine swap.
6bolt bottom ends are good for 450 - 500 WHP.
Only one real weakness - all GVR4s come with 3 bolt open diff rears… you can swap that out to a 4bolt LSD pretty quickly tho.
But still - sleeper, sleeper sleeper.
And you have rooms for all your friends (huge backseat) and your crap (decent trunk, full size spare). And the car isn’t even really that heavy!!! ~3200 lbs!
Did I mention most came with a moonroof?

suzuki swift gti mk2 or mk3
exhuast intake ported tb and intake and a chip set of springs and shocks, gutted and some stb’s and a civic short shifter
extremtly fun, you can redline it for ever 1.3L and it handles amazing
