# need help with windows xp

i want to f disk it. and reinstall windows xp, can anyone lend me a hand?

as in installation disks, and possibly a walkthrough on how?

i have the product key, just no discs.

If you have the serial, its not piracy so just download a copy of XP.

Insert the CD, reboot, (typically f2) go into the BIOS and set the cd to #1 priority on the boot device, then it will boot from cd, delete the current partition, re-create & quick NTFS format, and install and voila!

well, in order to burn it to a disc, do i have to burn it to a dvd? or or just a regular blank cd?
