# Need New Brakes for 2003 SE

I will be needing new brakes and rotors all around and would like to know where I can get the best deal. Dealers want $1170-$1200 plus taxes.

Look at local Parts stores they can get you Raybestos or Wagner for half that price. Get them Installed by your mechanic. I went to Parts Source last year and got Wagner (4 rotors and new pads) after installition by mechanic I paid $540 total. LY Auto Parts (905-306-0590) can get you Raybestos.

Well the dealers said I have lots of life in the pads and the brakes only reqiuire servicing. Before this was done, I found the brakes vibrated violently when brakes were engaged. After servicing its still there but only when I have to stop after going over 90km/hr. So I was told that the rotors are warped and require replacing and install new pads at this time.
So after quite a bit of time, I am considering Stillen’s sport rotor with their metal matrix pads. Has anyone out there tried these? Their rotors would set me back $485CDN for a set of four. I have not worked out the price of pads yet.
