buy a quality cheap template to use…

and get it coded for a content management system

use said system to manage the content and users on your site

profit

OR skip some steps and buy an already coded CMS template… that site has high quality shit, and some of my work too 😃

if your budget is less than 50 bucks, then that is what you need to do…
