Don’t let them take it out of your pay. Keep telling the truth and if they take it out then call the NYS Dept of Labor and complain and maybe in a year you’ll get the $75 back. Shitty situation, hope it gets resolved. Definitely beat the shit out of the van whenever u can, that’s the least you can do IMO. ---

I mean the business is getting shafted regardless of who is at fault, and since he was responsible for it I think the right thing to do is pay for it. If he leaves he could be burning a bridge he might need later in life. ---
