# Need some help

Sent my MSD dizzy back to msd to get repaired, in the meantime i am using an HEI distributor.
3 days ago it worked perfect, then it just quit out and car will not start again. it’s getting 12v, ground strap is connected, tach wire is connected and so is the white wire, i think its C- or something on the cap.
I got mad and took it back and got another distributor, on this one the coil gets extremely hot just by turning the key to on, NOT cranking.
Neither one of them gave spark, im getting frustrated… i changed the rotors and ignition modules with known working ones, still i get the same issue.
ideas?

fixed it… tach wire was getting banged up and grounding out near the firewall, runs good now

need to put the light back on it, but “good” as in better than before not pinging good. I also bought some bigger carb jets
