# need some help

i lived in washington state for 5 years. i had NY plates on a car for 2 years out there. i **NEVER** had the car inspected. i didnt run a registration in the windshield either. they dont know any better.

only issue is now the DMV checks the inspection record, so if it hasnt been inspected in the 2 year time frame on the Reg. they wont let you renew it
