I have the capacity to have sheet stainless of various gauges burned into any shape i choose, then formed on a CNC brake press. The plan is to replace what i have there now with something custom fabricated, from 14GA 316 Stainless (possibly polished). I’ll give you a few of my ideas to start with, but feel free to use MS paint, if you can’t solid model… (probably on the third image down) This was the first thing i thought of. The Plate is affixed to the muffler, so obviously I need the area in the center open for that. ---
