so basically, my boss at UPS is being ruder acting strager towards his employees everyday, and im tired of getting shafted with hours and pay and putting up with all of his other bullshit (and the fact that i’ve been there almost 6 months and have been refused a rasie aboive minimum a coupple times), so i want out. basically, i want something thats part time (~20 hours a week), pays halfway decent, and is flexible with my school schedule. I’m willing to travel wherever (obviously i’ll go farther the more money it starts at), and i’d like to work for a fairly well organized and run company. heres what ive come up with so far (and if you have any connections there and want to help a fellow NYSpeeder out, please feel free): -Wegmans -Tops -pep Boys -Napa -advanced auto parts im not so great at trying to sell people on stuff, im better at providing customer service and have a lot of retail experience. if i could get somewhat of an office job, that would be ideal, but pretty much anything that pays good and is a good palce to work. thanks in advance! ---

take advanced auto right off that list. they fire you if you dont get people to buy stupid shit, like they make you ask every customer if they would be interested in stuff that they “really need to get if their buying xxxx” its gay. plus no one in their knows shit about cars. wegmans FTW dude, they are everything your looking for in an employer ---

Its not a terrible company to work for and it sure beats tops,but they tend to hide behind that “top 100” mask.Its a decent company for someone to work for who is full time and is a manager/assistant,for a part timer though its about average. ---
