# need wheels chromed

I’m hoping someone knows of a reputable shop that does chrome plating that can do 22inch wheels. I need them blasted and would like them triple chrome plated. Just buying new wheels is not an option as they have been discontinued. Does anyone have any suggestions, preferably local, but i’m willing to ship them. Not interested in polishing or powder coat. thanks.

I’ve heard good things about Paul’s Chrome in Evans City. I have no personal experience with them or their work.

Don’t go to their website, it’s set so that you can’t leave it or close it.

Bill’s chrome in Jeannette? I don’t think he will do wheels.

I think 724-527-5119 is his number.

i had asked bill before when i had some other stuff crhomed and he said he can do them but its big bucks

thanks guys for the suggestions, i’ll start calling people on monday.

vtecsol, any idea what he meant by “big bucks”? i’ve gotten quotes from $900 to $1600 and that does not include shipping.

do not go by price either. not all chrome is the same. you truly get what you paid for. make sure and check the quality out of some of the work they may have done.

i wanna say he told me around 300 a wheel but that was a few years ago, i am sure prices have changed
