Anything else, engine mechanical etc I think you’ll probably end up swapping it out if you follow the TNC/SON 240 hype. lol, yeah pat, cuz high school kids looking at $500 cars are rolling in it. i dont want to fix his shit box. i didnt even want to fix my own. mike, listen to me, cuz every month someone comes on here saying they found a cheap ass, rusty 240 that doesnt run and they need help fixing it. you could buy a $500 rusty POS, spend $1500 getting rid of rust, end up with a $2000 rustless POS and then you’re where you wanted to be in the first place. except that $500 car turned out to be a lot more then $500 and a ton more work. or you could look around a bit, find a 240 that’s worth $2000. pay $2000. drive it and anjoy it for the rest of the summer, drift it, destroy it, w/e, at least ur not fixing rust and without a car. or if you’re more mechanically inclined, you could pick up a mint rolling chassis for like $500 with no motor and swap something in. just remember, for every bit of rust you can see, there is prolly twice as much that you cant see. when a car gets to the point where it’s showing rust, its likely that it’s already been rusting for years and years. --- _[View the full topic](https://forums.speedlife.net/t/need-your-advice-quick/134153)._
