quoted not for truth. parting out hondas you make a ton more money on then just selling it completely put together.

Conclusion: i doubt you broke even either lol. ☹

acutally I have broke even on everything except for the gsxr1000 that I put $500 lowers on it:cry:
the only way I would lose my ass is if I put the del sol together with everything. I have like 10k in parts alone for that car including the engine. I will never see that. Look at the kid that dropped 20k or whatever into that white CRX and then sold it already to go and tuned it, for like 6500 give or take.
edit, and this is coming from the guy that crashed his first 4 bikes and had to try and piece them back together then sell them for a total loss. Dont hate

^never. I lost maybeeeee 500 on any one bike and thats after riding the hell out of them for a year or 2, nothin but oil changes and gas.
r1- 5k, full yoshi, jet kit, chain, etc etc… iirc like 3k in…
there is NOOO way you sold that for more than 5k…
dont bs me. and the gsxr… please…
**PS. i bought everything and enjoyed it… even if i lost some money on it… they were toys… not investments…**
How much enjoyment did you get out of the delsol that nobody ever saw out on the streets?
well its cool, cuz i bet you learned a ton while working on it :roll:

or you can buy this, and buy everything out of my engine bay for a grand and swap it all in

I am going to just keep this car and finish it.
I have to drop the motor back in it.
Put everythiing back together.
Get it tuned.

1k For the Tranny
2k for the new Paint Job
300 for Intake Manifold
300 for 1000cc Fuel Injectors
Should I go on?
I will die with this car before I let it go for under 8k with the amount of money I have put into it, and 8k is still taking a HUGE LOSS.
PS Jay what ever happened to your car? Did you fix it and finish it?
