And actually if memory serves:  
air and acetylene: 2200C  
oxygen and acetylene: 3050C  
nitrous oxide and acetylene: 2955C

Nitrous oxide with hydrogen would be too hot for anything useful (you’d ionize the metal!)

Hydrogen and oxygen is about 2800C
