I heard the wrx/sti’s have funny clutches. Is it true. ---

Is it true. eh nope. I dont think so. Mine seem easy to drive, although my swapped RS is a bit harder to engage smoother, but its a heavier duty clutch than stock. My STi is doing awesome. Almost 50,000 miles (on a 2005, I know yikes!) it has been launched numerous times, is putting out more power than a stock STi and the clutch still has no signs of any slippage. WooT! ---

i havent noticed anything different about my clutch in the rex compared to any other cars. ---
