# new canibus cd...please read...

i know there are not a lot his fans here. but his newest cd is truly a work of real hip hop art. its called for whom the bell tolls.

there 2 songs in which he has done something never done until he did it. he has 2 songs on the cd in which he freestyles for 12 minutes apiece.

thats not the good part. somehow he layered the song over 3 different times. so when you put the cd into your computer, and go to his website, there is a computer operated mix machine, and you can unload the other 2 12 minute freestyles.

once they are unloaded, you can mix and match any of the lines to work together. it is called poet laurette infinity. basically he has created 2 songs in which there no ending to. it is amazing. the best to sum it up is like one of those puzzles where every piece can fit together. he made 2 different 12 minute freestyles layered over 3 times each=6 12 minute freestyles. and every every sentence rhymes together. thats amazing in itself. before i get flamed about this, buy this cd. if you truly appreciate hip hop-krs1, rakim, old mobb deep, old wu tang, kool g rap, redman, etc. you will love this cd.

if you own or listen to any 50 cent, lil john, birdman, etc-you will hate it. it is not club rap. there is a huge difference between club/radio rap, and real hi hop

I can get down with Canibus. From the way you describe it sounds pretty good. I’ll probably check this out.
