I wish I had gotten the slightly more featured one (with the rear entertainment, speakers on the seats, etc.) but this car comes loaded with features regardless. ---

I know you said you’re not doing performance but…throw a GTM twin turbo kit on it. They offer a turn key package for the VQ. Drop it off, pick it up with twice the h/p. ---

They f’in wanted 7.6%. $499/month for 72 months (I planned to have it paid off in 48 months doing way more than the 499, but the interest is just throwing money out the window). I thought about it and walked out. They are going to look tomorrow for a rate as if my dad was buying the car and my name was no where on the application. F THAT. How much better of a deal can you give me? That was with my dad co-signing (great credit). Evidently, my history is non-existant although I have two open CC’s building credit. If it was like 5% and a low $400’s/month payment, I’d do it. ---

My credit is fine, I just don’t have much of a history since I primarily only spend what I have. Evidently a $30k car is too much of a risk at a low APR for someone who makes over $40k/yr but also happens to be only 22. The issue is not the payment. It’s the interest. I can pay $1000/month. But with a 7% interest, I’m throwing like 3000k out the window a year. That’s asinine. ---

BDC is business development. The sales floor gets mad when we give out prices after a salesman already did, but when I go in Friday I can talk to the Nissan/Infiniti guys to pull up your record and see what the manager can do. I’m not gonna make any promises, sometimes they honestly can’t do anything. ---

Sometimes it makes more sense money wise to buy a brand new car with a lower APR rather than a 3-4 year old one. ---

What kills me the most is this guy basically guaranteed a monthly payment of in the low to mid $400 range. That’s the only reason why I agreed to working it out. If I knew off the bat it would be closer to $500, I would have walked out yesterday. ---
