cleaned up the sound a lot btw how hard is a longtube install on a 4.6? pretty tough i’d bet. do you have to unbolt and raise the motor? ---

> cleaned up the sound a lot > btw how hard is a longtube install on a 4.6? pretty tough i’d bet. do you have to unbolt and raise the motor? my buddy installed the lts,…i wasnt about to attempt it due to knowing how big of a pain in the ass it is. but i believe he just dropped the kmember to get them in…i believe(but correct me if im wrong because im not totally sure) you have to raise the 4vs to get lts on. but on a side note… anyone thinking of doing headers…its lts or go home…ive had experience with shorties b4 i got the lts and it was night an day with not only sound but perf. for the future any car i buy i will NEVER buy shorty headers again. def a must in exhaust upgrades… it was def my top 3 favorite mods behind my stg2 cams. ---

SLPs sound great IMO but if you drive the car daily it doesnt take long before it gets annoying.If you dont have the right RPM on the highway they drown really really badly…the mags dont sound bad.if u were willing to spend the extra money id go with bassini.they sound great but cost an ass load. ---
