Not really, this will cause MORE drivers on the road.

Each individual is going to have to drive their own vehicle, meaning…6 people going to a movie in a minivan or w.e? Nope, thats 3 cars, 2each…more vehicles, more dangers, more emissions. This is total fucking bullshit and completely ignorant to young drivers who ACTUALLY can drive, and who do have common sense.

Drinking and driving? Of course its fucking stupid…don’t you cherish your life at all?

Fuck. (i hate the government)
