1)It’s probably in Junk Mail.

1. Emailing is the lazy way. You have to go with snail mail. Write a letter like that guy did.

2. If you are under 21, read number 4.

3. I’m going to assume that you haven’t gotten a speeding ticket and that for some reason, you often carry more than one passenger in your car. If you haven’t gotten a ticket and you carpool often, then you have your headstart.
