# New GTR on 79?

I might have been seeing things yesterday but I am 99% sure that I saw a new Skyline parked at a rest stop on 79 North yesterday just over the West Virginia border when I was coming back from Morgantown. Are these available in our area already? For some reason I thought they weren’t for sale on the east coast yet.

You could probably call up a dealer somewhere else and get the car shipped here, and then drive it around and hope some jackass makes a thread about a car that isn’t available yet.

I saw a red one heading south on 81, about 30 miles south of Carlisle when we were going up 81 north to the GM Nationals on Friday June 20th…
Talked to a friend from the area, said he knows the guy, an older gentleman that paid $150,000 to be the first one on the east coast with one.

uhh… I SAW the car on 81 outside of Carlisle over a month ago.
And he saw it a month before that and sat in it… He is a state trooper, I dont think he makes up stories, considering he told me 2 months ago he sat in a Red GTR, and then a month after that I see the car in the area… lol

Some dealers are being pricks and marking up the fuck out of the cars for early delivery.
And idiots are biting into it. Same shit happened with the Ford GTs

I’d be highly pissed if I paid 2x as much for a car when I find out someone paid half as much as I did.
I’m wondering how he got his 2 months ago seeing how they had just landed about 3-4 weeks ago in jax.

^^ If you pay 2x as much for a car just to be the first to get it, than you deserve to get fukked. There is no reason to pay over sticker for any new car.

hey guys, i just saw a new skyline, i think it was the red one mentioned in this thread, it was getting off of 279 northbound exit at camp horne rd
