So my Pioneer finanlly broke after 5 years and 3 cars. Actually the forward skip button broke. But its time to get a new modern unit this is what ive been looking at. opinions/suggestions? Not bad but don’t pay $400 for one: [http://www.millionbuy.com/apncda9857.html](http://www.millionbuy.com/apncda9857.html) I’d still go with Pioneer, I like their equalizer shit better and I think they’re easier to use… However I’ve been thinking about getting an Alpine simply because I don’t like the style of the new Pioneer decks, so… Edit: I do like that that is iPod ready and has USB and all that fun goofy shit. ---

i am 100% against alpine, at least there new ones shit…stick with a pioneer they sound the best and outlast/perform the rest ---

I’ve got the 9855 and I love everything about it except the stupid GlideTouch crap. Are you the one that was looking to have the Full Speed hookup for it from 1st Try? ---

um already purchased it cda-9857 bout a month ago got the ipod cable, and getting xm next week.
