# New house = new projects. A "build" thread

Colonie has about a dozen between commercial and res. , and they don’t cover the village. But… many many many pools dont meet the standard and no one bothers them. I’m more concerned about what happens to Kenny if some kid dies in there. Insurance will fight that payoff. No permit, no barrier, no notice to company that a pool was installed.
