A ton of people came through. My parents and lanas actually both commented about how nice/reliable my friends are. \<3 For those of you that have been through the house I already pulled the carpet on the foyer/staircase and Ieatpaint and myself are refinishing it this week. I have been busting my ass all day on it! ---

I enjoyed this house for about 3 years and have concluded that North Buffalo real estate is still a prime place to live and great investment return for anyone considering the area.
