As it pertains to the purposal in this thread: We’ve been working hard on N.S.S. so that we can stay in this “Central” location. Without N.S.S. - A.S.S. wouldn’t need such a large lot and this purposal would probably have been scrapped. With that being said, N.S.S. is now here to stay and so is the lot. With alittle time and planning this purposal will be offical. Do I know when exactly, No. Any suggestions? You guys still interested? Is just pavement with decent lighting enough? Has anyone rolled through at night to see if it is lit up enough? Is privacy the main issue, gated entrance? Like it was stated before, we would like your thoughts, suggestions, recommondations, help. ---

this sounds great. this needs to happen around here. i will be there to show support when this opens. love the idea of “rules” for a new lot. keep the bs out. no PR’S. and about having different nights for import/domestic ehhhh…maybe once in awhile split it. but keep everyone together. were all here for the same thing. is there going to be some type of indoor hangout to? lobby ish type area. like many others here i will believe it when i see it. i really do hope it comes together. ---

Gated entrance or at least a single point of entrance/exit. Put some big dudes at the gate, and make them ask for the password. lol srsly, though as cheezy as it sounds some sort of check point would be smart. A big sign with rules and consequences too. Leaving shit around the lot = kicked out. Acting like a douch and starting fights = punchisized face. keep people on the straight and narrow but allow them to have a nice time in a safe environment. ---
