thanks to pewterss for opening it back up…keeping this pulic is the only way to get him to act…he’s already ignored 10 pms on [svtperformance.com](http://svtperformance.com) from me in the last week. Taking it to PMs is exactly what he wants to happen, out of sight out of mind. If the car is gone, there is no returning the predator back to stock…Jason I need my money back and no crap about not trusting me to mail it back…its useless to me so nothing is gained by holding it back from you. Refund my money thru paypal and be a man about this before I post everything Ive got on you on every damn site your on. You will have no place to BS anymore. And do not call my house and threaten me any further. I expect to see a refund in full by tonight or I will take this to a higher level and get law enforcement involved. I know where you live now and I’m sure the police would stop by. I bet your parents are mad as hell you’ve gotten them involved and thats why you have been acting like you have a lawsuit. Make this right and pay my money back tonight and your parents are going to hear alot more from me. These are no idle threats and I’m not being a dick, you stole from me and it’s been caught…plus you have lied to make it worse. ---

other than Jason. I’m giving him till tonight at 8 CST to get my money back or I will post it all up…cell phone, address, handles (aol, here yahoo, etc), parents names, everything. Alot of shit to go through to keep someone’s $180. I’d think twice Jason and have it waiting in my paypal account. For the record: Im sure he will come out just like he did at svtperformance and run me down and try to make everyone think he’s been cornholed. But then it appears you all know him pretty well. He’ll act pissy and cry foul and he was trying to help but I went too far etc etc. Knowing he has lied from the get go is why I stopped holding back. And when he doesnt see a reply from me immediately he will post I’m hiding or something similar. Nothing is further from the truth. I have a life and a family with a 4 and 5 year old I take care of alone. I may not be able to be on here as I have been while here at work. I shouldnt have spent this much time but I need the money back. I will sign back on near 8 pm CST and see if the money is back in my paypal. If not I will not be as pleasant as I was. It simply doesnt need to go farther, he can end it and save what’s left of his “legitimate businessman” reputation. I have posted this same thread on svtperf and pittspeed just in case. Is the only problem him saying he doesn’t trust you to send back what you can’t use? If so I’m sure I, or someone else on this board, would be more than happy to work as the middle man if niether of you trust each other. That was probably just an excuse though, and as much as I hope I’m wrong I fear that you are screwed. That’s a shame. Good luck, let us know if there’s something that can be done up here for you. ---

two sides to every story. Matt was sent a perfectly fine working piece of equipment. He did something to it, where its not working for him. He’s crying foul because and I quote from the svt forums. “That money was supposed to be used for my blower port or for my kids christmas” If its for your kids christmas, why are you blowing it on a predator for your car? I told you yesterday, that I would phone you after work today at approximately 5:30-6pm est. Well, I can’t get a hold of you at your work number so… thats your issue. unfortunately you came on the net and began blasting me before hand. ---
