The house is empty now (not like the pics) and we’ll be moving in mid-June. We have plenty of time to paint, add new carpet, pergo floors, and make the living room/family room into a great room by taking out a wall! Can’t wait to make some changes, but we’re pretty excited. congrates :tup: nice place I have yet to make a thread but I just did the same to mine and my wifes new house. (closed 3 weeks ago) we knocked out a wall between a bedroom and livingroom opened up the downstairs ALOT, and still working on painting and updateing… it may seem like alot of time but mid-june will come SUPER fast… again congrates, now go get the home depot card… 😛 ---

The backyard is nice with the deck and sunroom, but what you guys don’t see are all the tree’s back there that we need to cut down lol. Just to give you an idea, we went in the house yesterday at around 5 pm and it was 72 degrees without A/C lol. We like the privacy, but still need to do a lot of yard work 🙂 ---
