# new outter shell?

does anybody have any idea where i can get a new outter shell for my rims in the city? i found a place in BC ( [www.kodiakracingwheels.com](http://www.kodiakracingwheels.com) ) they make some but i cant seem to gegt a hold of them and would prefer someone locally. thanks
