Being that I used to be a carpenter and my main job was building custom cabinetry, I will say that the kitchen in that place is pretty decent. Cherry wood is one of the hardest woods to work with as far as sanding, knots and imperfections go and when you can make it turn out right, you will have yourself one fine looking peice of art. It is also fairly expensive and with granite countertops a kitchen like that would have cost one of our customers anywhere from 35-60K depending on hardware and the number of cabinets, islands, etc.

We do. Need another $25K for downpayment. This is much cheaper than our house so we can save up and start looking next year. Unless, someone wants to buy my VR-4. ☹

Yea, it “looks” pricey. I really like the big ceilings. Plus, we have seperate offices which is nice. 🙂

I was thinking the exact thing. For $3k+ a month rent, I better be able to fuck around.
