With your car being a post 90’s car I believe most of the ECU’s are programed. With the immobilizers the ecu’s are interchangeable among cars. I believe APR might be. There are a ton of programs out there. GIAC, C2, APR, etc. I can send stuff out for C2 and GIAC.
