# new project car

I think I found my new project car, 1990 Turbo Corrado
guy is going to sell it to me for 2k, brand new turbo kit on it he just can’t get it to run right… Its doing the same thing mine was so I am thinking i can fix it up nice.
Going to take a look at it Sunday, i am pumped. i miss having a fast car

reality set in that i am going have to pay off my school loans soon, dunno really liked the car but the money just was not worth it.
I always wanted a corrado too so I am kinda pumped with this deal

Good luck with it. I always did like those cars. Those and CRX’s were my ideal car back then. I never did get either of them. ☹

in other words dont buy a DSM…
oh and id only donate to the site if it went to the corrodo… im not gonna donate so that we can have “faster” uploading when i have unlimited space at PSU… (for a limited time atleast)

i am comfortable buying another mans problems when i to had the same problem he is having and have already solved the problem. besides the cost of the turbo kit alone is 2k which he had a shop put on it.
will see how it goes on sunday

is it a turboed G60 or a vr6 turboed? Good luck i heard corrados had shitload of wiring issues. but dont worry i’m sure you can hit up 16vcabby for some advice.

i know the kid… he’s been trying to sell if for a while… fuel issues? (at least i think it’s the same kid) … but seems like a decent deall… GO for it!!!

its definitely fuel issue, the guy is in MD.
I can still buy the SDS that i sold to a local kid working on a project then he stopped. but the corrados fuel system is more receptive to boost then the Jettas was. Especially with habes help since he has test and tuned this engine.
its going to be some thing for me and my dad to work on in our free time… not a daily driver so it can be more of a project
