# New Shocks / Springs

Hey I just picked up the GAB Super HP spring / shock combo (same as KYB AGX).

1. Do I need a spring compressor to swap these springs + shocks? I’ve swapped my shocks before but CT didn’t have a spring compressor for rent and I’ve never done both together.

2. How do you adjust the stiffness on the front shocks? Little screwdriver in the little slot on top and turn? How do you tell which setting they are on?

Thanks again David … I owe you a beer or two by now (or whatever you old guys drink 😉 ). And thanks for #2 as well … the GAB is exactly the same (it even has KYB etched on the bottom of the shocks) 😛

chris I replaced mine last fall,. so when you are going to do it give me a call and ill help also I beleve that the CT in burlington still has a compressor
