thats good, it seemed like he was treated unfairly. from what i remember, a lot of guys did the whole “lets grab popcorn and watch” thing at his expense. good to hear that it’s been resolved! ---

i’m not exactly a full blown expert on this, but for the most part, not really. there are quite a few differences between the old SC block and mine and your dad’s NA V6, meaning they’re not really designed to hold boost as well as the SC blocks. off the top of my head, we have a weaker crank (i think it’s non-forged), among other things. not to say i haven’t seen it done before…if you take a look at [www.tccoa.com](http://www.tccoa.com), there’s a V6 owner on there who bolted on a blower. his specs: 1996 Thunderbird LX 3.8L -255rwhp 273rwtq- -Vortech V1 S-trim supercharger@8psi, aftercooled- that’s according to him. he goes by the username “rancherlee”, and is a nice guy. tell your dad to jump on there and do some research, there’s plenty of info out there. and try to post some pics of the bird! ---
