This must’ve been a late edit as I missed it, :tup: I don’t think i’ve ever seen a plated IC… only stealthy black ones which I would assume is a rattle can job and dramatically decreases efficiency. ---

Swaintech has a black heat shedding plating / anodizing. There is a anodizing finishing place on Gould in depew that can anodize the parts for you pretty cheap too. ---
