i just spent my lunch break… plus an extra hour cutting up all the material for the tunnel. The tunnel will be 20ga aluminum, with the exception of the two side “front pieces” Those are made of 16ga mild steel and will be welded to the car and will serve as a bolting flange for the aluminum tunnel.
