I wouldnt mind autox’ing mine once. neons do really good for autox. I’d need a windage tray tho, these cars dont do well when you make hard tight corners

Nope, you won’t need one. The corners are not sustained enough to warrant baffled pans, or windage/scraper assisted trays.

X2, we’ve had 1 or 2 bone stock neons that have been coming out for years with no issues at all. Make sure your oil is topped off and your good to go.
SK360 - Few years back we had a guy who use to run a older Diablo, and before that a guy with a lightly modded Ferrari F355. Once had a Pantera come out, and at least once I’ve seen a NSX & viper run at north park. Was sorta weird seeing cars like that parked amongst the common folk. Seems like alot of that stuff has scaled back in the past few years. I’d like to see a newer lambo come out and run their handling seems pretty good. The Diablo was way out of its element doing high speed parking maneuvers lol.

Rabbit dude, you are getting seriously quick. For an HS car, on his second event, with crappy tires, you are doing really well. Keep it up man.

lol the whole timeline is far more interesting. First he owned a tesserosa, sold that because it sucked for autox speed stuff and bought a 993 turbo AWD. Had the 993 converted to RUF specs at McB’s in bridgeville, rolled the car at nelson ledges a few weeks later. Bought a Ferrari 355 with all kinds of upgrades and had that for a good while. Daddy’s trust fund began to dry up, then he ended up with a boxster, then a WRX wagon. At one point along the way there was the Mr. Bigglesworth escape [http://www.post-gazette.com/neigh\_city/20011107serval1107p5.asp](http://www.post-gazette.com/neigh_city/20011107serval1107p5.asp) Finally he did some shit to get him kicked out of NHSCC and nobody heard from him for a few years. Anyways, yea the course I’m doing is going to be a shitload faster & more open. Considering we are looking at getting over 100 drivers for the HDSA event we need something we can actaully get two cars on. Probably going to be pretty simple too, but hopefully fun.

A windage tray does not prevent oil starvation.

Yea. I had him too. He ended up beating me by 2 one hundredths of a second. Im not sure if it was misplaced. It only had a 1.8t . Im not real familiar with the classes though.
